My recent stay at La Cour Verte exceeded all my high expectations, making it a truly memorable experience. The beautifully restored historic building offered spacious rooms with modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sitting area. I particularly enjoyed breakfast in the garden, where the assortment of freshly baked croissants, local cheeses, and warm bread was beautifully presented, making each morning a delightful feast. Madame Delia, our delightful host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing valuable local insights that enhanced our stay. The serene garden, complete with inviting garden furniture and a swimming pool, created the perfect setting for leisurely afternoons. I wholeheartedly recommend La Cour Verte to anyone seeking a unique and satisfying getaway in Gaillac.
